    Black Mountain Ranch

    Black Mountain Ranch is located near the ranching community of McCoy. Stay for a week at this working cattle ranch which offers accommodations, three meals daily and unlimited activities. Programs for children are provided, as well as horseback riding, fishing, rafting, cattle drives, pack trips, guided hunts and much more. A shuttle service will bring guests to and from the Vail/Eagle County airport.

    Piney River Ranch

    Located near Vail at Piney Lake, the Piney River Ranch offers a range of activities and accommodations to guests. There is lots to do, both guided and independent, including hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, photographing, canoing, hunting, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and much more. Guests reside inside a private cabin, tepee or yurt. To get there go west on the I-70 to the North Frontage Road. Go west on the frontage road until Red Sandstone Road and head north to the Forest Service Road 700. Follow that road to the Piney River Ranch.
